Venison Sausage with Merlot Wine & Blueberries has a subtle blueberry flavor that compliments the venison. Made with Silver Fern Farms Cervena venison.

Ingredients: Venison, Pork, Beef, Water, Potatoes, Salt, Carrot Powder (Carrot and 2% Silicone Dioxide), Sugar, Merlot Wine (Contains Sulfiting Agents), Spices And Spice Extracts (Contains Canola Oil), Dried Blueberries (Blueberries, High Fructose Corn Syrup And/Or Sugar, Sunflower Oil), Mustard Powder, Ground Chili Powder, Herbes de Provence (Lavender, Spices, Canola Oil), Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Flavorings, Dextrose, Stuffed In A Natural Pork Casing.

Thawing Tips
