SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
We deliver to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
- We ship Monday through Friday for next day delivery.
- Orders must be received by 7am PST/10am EST for same-day shipping and next day delivery.
New Shipping Price Structure Beginning September 3rd
Good news! We've changed the way that we charge for shipping so that we can reduce your cost on multiple case orders.
- Order 2 or more cases OR spend $399 or more and enjoy free shipping.
- A $40 shipping fee will apply to single case purchases under $399, but we’ve reduced the price on most items by $40, so single case orders will still cost the same as before.
NOTE: Surcharges will still apply on all orders for Saturday delivery ($20), and on orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii ($35), Puerto Rico ($60).
All orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight®. Shipments are dispatched the day before your scheduled delivery. On the day your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your package’s tracking information.
Packaging
Our products are shipped with dry ice or gel ice packs to keep them cool during transit. Depending on the product, it may arrive in a Styrofoam cooler or in thermal wrapping.
Most packaging is recyclable except the dry ice and Styrofoam. You can keep the gel packs in your freezer to reuse them. Otherwise, you can thaw them and discard them with your garbage. (We do not recommend opening the gel packs or disposing of the gel down your sink.)
Dry Ice: Dry ice will be in its own plastic bag. When handling and disposing of dry ice, please use care and wear gloves, oven mitts or use tongs. Don’t set the dry ice directly on your counter or stovetop (especially if it’s glass) to avoid damaging the surface. Leave the dry ice in a well-ventilated area (outside is ideal), away from children and pets, to let it naturally dissolve. Please do not ingest dry ice or store it in your freezer.
We deliver within the contiguous United States and to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Surcharges will apply on all orders for Saturday delivery ($20), and on orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii ($35) and Puerto Rico ($60). All deliveries require a street address. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
Please make sure your delivery information is accurate when checking out and send packages to a location where someone will be available to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for products that spoil if someone is not there to receive them on your designated delivery date.
If someone is not available to receive the delivery and your shipment doesn’t require a signature, please note that the FedEx driver will use his or her best discretion on whether and where to leave your package. They might place it by a side door, on your patio or deck, or behind a bush. If you can’t find your package or need help on your delivery date, please call us as soon as possible!
Signature Requirement
All shipments valued over $500 will require a signature on delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for and accept your package on your selected delivery date.
Scheduling Deliveries
During checkout, you select the date that you would like your products delivered. We deliver Tuesday through Saturday (where Saturday delivery is available), except on holidays or the day after a holiday. You can also schedule deliveries in advance.

Plan Ahead
We recommend scheduling your delivery for at least one day before you’ll need the product, especially if you’re ordering for special occasions or events, to accommodate any unforeseen delays in delivery.
Please keep in mind that many of our larger cuts can take 3-4 days to thaw completely, so plan accordingly and schedule deliveries to allow ample time for thawing.
We can guarantee the date of delivery but not the specific time your order will arrive.
Saturday delivery is available in most, but not all, zip codes. Please note that we cannot deliver on Saturdays to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
There’s an additional $20 surcharge for Saturday deliveries.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We guarantee that your order will arrive in excellent condition. If you’re unhappy with your order or feel that it does not meet our guarantee, please contact us immediately.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. We may, however, issue you a credit or resend your order if the original delivery does not arrive in excellent condition.
