Saucisse de Toulouse is a coarse-ground pork sausage seasoned with white wine, black pepper, and other spices originally created in the south of France region of Toulouse. Its flavor is somewhat similar to German bratwurst, but more subtle.
These sausages have been made from antibiotic & hormone free pork fed natural feed (no animal by-products).
Fabrique Delices has been carefully crafting artisanal charcuterie for over 24 years. They follow traditional recipes in order to ensure authentic texture and flavor.
Ingredients: Pork, fresh onion, white wine, salt, pepper, spices. Natural pork casing.

Store these sausages in your freezer until you're ready to cook them. Uneaten thawed sausages should be stored in your refrigerator.
