This goose mousse is exceptionally smooth and made from goose livers blended with Sauternes, a rich, sweet wine from Bordeaux.
It is all natural, meaning that it has been made from antibiotic & hormone free geese fed natural feed (no animal by-products).
Fabrique Delices has been carefully crafting artisanal charcuterie for over 24 years. They follow traditional recipes in order to ensure authentic texture and flavor.
Ingredients: Goose liver, duck liver, duck fat, chicken fat, milk, fresh egg, Sauternes, cornstarch, salt, sugar, hydrolysed corn, soy and wheat proteins, pepper, spices. Aspic: water, gelatin, vinegar, Cognac, salt, hydrolysed corn, soy and wheat proteins.

Store mousse in your refrigerator. For long term storage it can be frozen, though this may effect its texture.
Unopened packs will stay fresh for up to 8 weeks. Once opened they will last for 10-14 days. This mousse can be frozen for up to 36 weeks.
RECIPES & TIPS
Mousses’ smooth, spreadable texture is ideal for serving cold or at room temperature with crackers or toast as a classic, easy, and delicious hors d’oeuvre. However, they could also be used as a (rich) condiment or spread for sandwiches.
Traditional accompaniments that accentuate the flavors of savory mousses include cornichons or gherkins, olives, and coarsely ground French mustards.
