Beeler’s Pure Pork Ham Steaks come from humanely raised, free-range, red Duroc pigs, a European crossbreed renowned for their marbling. The meat is known for its juiciness and relatively mild pork flavor for a heritage breed. Each individually vacuum-sealed 6 oz. steak is uncured and fully cooked. No nitrates or nitrites are added except for the naturally occurring nitrates in sea salt and celery powder.
