Wagyu Beef Trim

Out of Stock
Approximately 60 lbs.

Wagyu beef (aka Kobe beef) is well known for its buttery marbling of fat, tender texture and intense beefy flavor.

Using Kobe beef trim is a great way to take your homemade beef sausages to the next level because it allows you to get the flavor benefits of wagyu meat in an affordable form that is easily ground.

This Kobe beef is raised in Australia from Wagyu cattle that are descendants from Japanese herds. (Wagyu means "Beef of Japan.") Their intricately marbled beef is legendary and the result of careful breeding and a highly regimented diet. That marbling creates beef that is the most tender, juicy, and flavorful available.

Kobe Beef Frankfurters are also available if you’d prefer pre-made wagyu sausages.
