This wagyu beef is from domestic waygu (commonly known as "Kobe beef", American Kobe beef or Kobe-style beef) cattle that are descendents from Japanese herds and raised in the United States. Their intricately marbled beef is legendary and the result of careful breeding and a highly regimented diet. That marbling creates beef that is the most tender, juicy, and flavorful available.

Best hotdogs ever!

I first ate these in a restaurant and they are hands down the best hotdogs I have ever had. After going back repeatedly to this restaurant just for these hotdogs, I finally got smart and started ordering them for myself at home here. Everyone who I have served them to has been dazzled by them. Just two weekends ago I went to a grilling potluck party and the host asked me, "Did you bring those Kobe beef hot dogs with you?" I had tell her no, I was out. Time to order more...
