Smoked Alligator Sausage

These sausages are made from a Cajun-seasoned blend of alligator meat & pork stuffed in a natural pork casing. They have been smoked and are fully cooked.
These sausages are made by a family-run southern Louisiana company that’s been making Cajun sausages for three generations.
Ingredients: Alligator meat, pork, water, flavorings, salt, dextrose, parsley.
Keep alligator sausage links frozen, then thaw as many portions as you need before cooking. Refrigerate thawed or cooked sausage.
RECIPES & TIPS
Because these sausages are already fully cooked, they only need to be heated through until hot (as you would a hotdog). This can be done sliced or as links on the grill, under the broiler, in a frying pan, or in recipes like sauces, gumbo, jambalaya, etc.
Once hot, these sausages can be enjoyed as you would any other sausage with sides or in soups, stews, casseroles, sausage sandwiches & more.
