Coppa (aka capicola) is pork shoulder meat that has been stuffed into a casing and dry-cured. These coppa have been seasoned with sea salt and garlic, dry cured and hand-tied.
Fabrique Delices has been carefully crafting artisanal charcuterie for over 24 years. They follow traditional recipes in order to ensure authentic texture and flavor.
Ingredients: Pork, Salt, Sugar, Spices, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite, Garlic Powder, Beef Casing.
Store coppa in your refrigerator. For long term storage they can be frozen, but this may effect their texture.
Up to 24 weeks for unopened packs, 10-14 days opened, up to 36 weeks frozen.
