This duck salami offers a full, rich flavor and moist texture.

Ingredients: Duck meat, non-fat dry milk, sea salt, water, dextrose, sodium caseinate, garlic, spices, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate, lactic acid starter culture.
Store french style duck salamis in your refrigerator. For long term storage they can be frozen, but this may effect their texture.
Up to 24 weeks for unopened sausages, 10-14 days for opened, and up to 36 weeks frozen.
RECIPES & TIPS
Slice duck salami as you would other salami varieties and enjoy it with gherkin or cornichon pickles and crusty bread. It can also be cubed for adding to soups or tossing in salad.
