These Spanish-style dry-cured chorizo sausages are flavored with smoked paprika. They can be used similarly to salami at picnics, sliced thinly for sandwiches or appetizers.

Uncured Mexican-Style chorizo is also available.
Ingredients: Pork, Salt, Paprika, Dextrose, Spices, Garlic, Lactic Acid Starter Culture, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite, Collagen Casing.
Store dry cured sausages in your refrigerator. For long term storage they can be frozen, but this may effect their texture.
Up to 24 weeks for unopened sausages, 10-14 days opened, up to 36 weeks frozen.
RECIPES & TIPS
Treat dry cured chorizo as you would other salamis. It's delicious sliced thin for sandwiches, charcuterie plates, and appetizers. In Spain, cured chorizo is often thinly sliced and served on bread as a tapa. It can also be diced & fried for use in paella.
