Recommended Cooking Temps:
Rare - 120°-125°
Medium Rare - 130°-135°
Medium - 140°-145°
Medium Well - 150°-155°
Well Done - 160° and above

Whole langoustines may be boiled in heavily salted water for 3-4 minutes. Serve them with a side of aioli for dipping. To grill or broil langoustines, split them in half lengthwise and brush with butter.
Argentinian Red Shrimp cook very quickly. They can be boiled, sautéed, or grilled as you would any other shrimp, but cook them for about half the time, until just opaque.
