Irish Beef! Worth a try depending on your particular taste. 1/31/2025 5:05 pm
I was excited to try grain-augmented beef. My family and I didn't love these, although we're 90%+ Irish and love everything about our ancestors. The meat was pale pink and bland tasting, and some steaks had near-zero intramuscular fat and were very lean; my wife told me it was "like a different experience," so I pivoted to another product from Marx from NZ, where there's abundant sunlight, and we're happy again.
