Wild striped bass (aka rockfish, stripers, pimpfish) are large fish with grey, soft flesh and a large meaty flake. They offer a full, rich flavor.
This fish has been sustainably caught using primarily hook and line rigs or gill-nets, its Atlantic fishery is tightly managed to prevent overfishing. They are sold fresh, headed and gutted.
