Wild striped bass (aka rockfish, stripers, pimpfish) are large fish with grey, soft flesh and a large meaty flake. They offer a full, rich flavor.

This fish has been sustainably caught using primarily hook and line rigs or gill-nets, and its Atlantic fishery is tightly managed to prevent overfishing.

Striped bass fillets are extremely versatile and can be baked, broiled, fried, grilled, poached, pain-roasted, sautéed, steamed or braised.
