PRODUCT INFO
Wahoo (aka Ono) is a very large, long, lean fish with a firm texture similar to tuna or mackerel. Their meat is pink when raw, opaque and white when cooked with a large flake. They have a mild, adaptable flavor and are often paired with tropical ingredients.
These fillets have been expertly hand cut from fish weighing between 20 & 30 pounds.

Storage: | Store wahoo fillets in your freezer until you're ready to use them, then thaw. |
Shelf Life: | Wahoo is quite perishable & should be used soon after thawing. |
RECIPES & TIPS
Wahoo fillets can be grilled, broiled, sautéed, or smoked. Marinating works particularly well with this fish.
Pair wahoo fillets with spicy chilies, coconut, cilantro, tropical fruit, citrus fruit and/or garlic.
