Fresh Papalo Bud™
Choose 100, 200, or 400 buds
Papalo Bud™ are the tender buds of a Central American herb with a bold, complex flavor evoking cilantro with notes of arugula and rue. The plants' leaves are shaped like butterfly wings, which is how the Aztecs gave it its name ("Papalo" means butterfly in Nahuatl).
Try using Papalo Bud™ raw or lightly cooked as a flavorful garnish. Their bold, fresh flavor is particularly well suited to carpaccios, tartares or crudo.
Store papalo buds in their plastic clamshell in your refrigerator.
