Store smoked pheasants in your freezer until you're ready to use them, then thaw & store in your refrigerator.
RECIPES & TIPS
Smoked pheasant meat can be used in cold sandwiches, salads, canapes or cold cut platters. For hot applications, wrap the bird (or slices) in foil and gently warm it in the oven.
