Smoky and succulent, hickory smoked pheasants are an elegant, easy to serve alternative to turkey or ham at meals, parties, or holiday gatherings.  Each is fully cooked and (after thawing) ready to slice & serve cold or gently reheat.

Ingredients: Pheasant, water, salt, sugar, spice extractives, sodium nitrite.

Store smoked pheasants in your freezer until you're ready to use them, then thaw & store in your refrigerator.

Thawing Tips

Smoked pheasant meat can be used in cold sandwiches, salads, canapes or cold cut platters.  For hot applications, wrap the bird (or slices) in foil and gently warm it in the oven.
