These all natural boudin noir sausages (aka blood sausages, blood pudding) have been traditionally made with a mixture of pork & beef blood, pork snouts, onions and spices.
The meat and blood in these sausages is from antibiotic & hormone free animals fed natural feeds (no animal by-products).
Fabrique Delices has been carefully crafting artisanal charcuterie for over 24 years. They follow traditional recipes in order to ensure authentic texture and flavor.
Ingredients: Pork blood, fresh onion, duck meat, pork meat, pork snout, salt, cornstarch, beef blood plasma, sugar, spices, black pepper. Natural pork casing.

Store blood pudding sausages in your freezer until you're ready to reheat them. Uneaten thawed sausages should be stored in your refrigerator.
Up to 36 weeks frozen, 7-10 days thawed.
RECIPES & TIPS
Boudin noir sausages are fully cooked, and once thawed are usually reheated via grilling (either whole or sliced), boiling or frying, but are sometimes consumed cold. They are often with mashed potatoes, beans, sauerkraut and/or cooked apples.
