White wine compliments the rabbit meat in this sausage nicely. Our game meat is USDA approved.
Ingredients: Rabbit, Chicken, Pork, Bacon (Cured with Water, Salt, and less than 2% of the following: Brown Sugar, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite), Potatoes, Water, White Wine (Contains Sulfiting Agents), Salt, Spices and Spice Extracts, Sugar, Garlic, Onion, Carrot Powder (Carrot & 2% Silicon Dioxide), Flavorings, Dextrose, Stuffed In A Natural Pork Casing.
Store rabbit sausages in your freezer until you're ready to use them, then defrost as many packs as you need.
RECIPES & TIPS
Rabbit sausage is easy to roast, sauté, or grill. However, it is not only suited to whole-sausage applications. Its casing can be cut, and the sausage meat crumbled into sauces or used as a stuffing or filling as you would use conventional bulk sausage.
