Store frozen veal boneless top sirloin in your freezer until you're ready to use them, then thaw only as much as you plan on cooking.

Thawing Tips

Veal top sirloin can be roasted or braised whole, sliced into thin cutlets for veal scallopini or veal piccata, or thicker medallions or steaks. Cook cutlets, medallions, and steaks quickly over high heat for the best results.
