Store frozen Rump Hearts in your freezer until you're ready to use them, then thaw only as much as you plan on cooking.

Thawing Tips

Rump hearts can be cooked on a grill, using indirect heat, or slow roasted in the oven. Searing the meat first to create a crust is ideal in both cases. Sous vide is another good method for cooking rump hearts. This cut also benefits from marinating ahead of cooking.
