This is a rustic pork pate seasoned with black pepper. It is perfect for use in canapes for party hors d'oeuvres or sandwiches.
This pork pate is made from high quality Niman Ranch pork and is all natural, meaning that it has been made from antibiotic & hormone free pork fed natural feeds (no animal by-products).

Store pates in your refrigerator. For long term storage they can be frozen, though this may slightly change their texture.
Unopened pates will stay fresh for up to 8 weeks. Once opened they will last for 10-14 days. They can also be frozen for up to 36 weeks.
RECIPES & TIPS
Pates are most commonly served cold or at room temperature with toast or crackers as a canapé or hors d’oeuvre. However, they can also be enjoyed as a sandwich filling.
Traditional pate accompaniments include cornichon or gherkin pickles, olives, and coarsely ground French-style mustards.
