Oven-ready beef ribs from mature 100% grass-fed beef.

Produced in Australia, these beef ribs reserva are inspired by Spain’s reverence for vaca vieja. They are produced from retired breeding cattle allowed to mature for at least 5 years, more than twice the usual age for beef. The extended time on pasture develops deep, multi-faceted flavor and intramuscular fat (aka marbling).

Rare - 120°-125°
Medium Rare - 130°-135°
Medium - 140°-145°
Medium Well - 150°-155°
Well Done - 160° and above
