Bloc of foie gras is a cooked, emulsified block of foie gras that has a smooth texture. This one has been flavored with sauternes wine, cognac & spices. It is easily sliced & ready to serve with toast and/or fresh greens as an appetizer or decadent party food.
Les Trois Petite Cochons’ (Three Little Pigs) Bloc de Foie Gras de Canard won a silver SOFI award in 2001. The company has been making some of the US’s finest traditional charcuterie since 1975. They have won several awards over the years for their outstanding products.
Ingredients: Duck foie gras, sauternes wine, cream, salt, cognac, sugar, spices.

Store bloc de foie gras in your refrigerator. Freezing is not recommended.

RECIPES & TIPS
Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
Slice the bloc into equal sections with a warm knife, then serve it with toast, baguette slices, fresh greens and/or fresh fruit like figs or grapes. Three Little Pigs recommends pairing it with a dry sparkling white wine or light bodied red wine.
