Sparklers™ are specially cultivated amaranth blossoms with a vibrant pink color and a striking fringed appearance resembling coral.  Their flavor is grassy (some have described it as an extremely mild corn taste).

While Sparklers™ are safe to eat, their texture is woody, so they are best used as a decoration rather than an edible garnish.

In addition to their appearance, Sparklers™ also offer one of the longest shelf lives of all edible flowers.
