Looking like a flowery version of flame, firestix^TM are small brightly colored edible amaranth blossoms that range in color from yellow to purplish red. Red or mixed firestix^TM on the long stalk and separated mixed firestix^TM top feather-sections (shown in photo above) are available.

Applications: Firestix^TM are some of the smaller edible flowers offered, making them ideal for presentations where you want to add the intense colors of flowers, but don’t want to use too much plate space.

How to Store and Share: Keep firestix^TM edible flowers in their plastic clamshell in the refrigerator until you are ready to use them.  They will stay fresh for about 12 days.
