Fuchsias (fuchisia flowers) are pink blossoms with four extending petals (sepals) and a bundle of darker purple or light pink petals in the center from which long pink pistils protrude.
As an estimate, these fuchsias are around 1 ½” wide by 2 ½” long, but can vary. Their flavor is bitter, sour, peppery and grassy. Though they are edible, this flavor makes them better suited to use as a food-safe decoration than an edible garnish or ingredient.
