Storage: Store flat-leaf parsley in a zip-top bag in your refrigerator crisper.
For long term storage of parsley, we recommend blending it into a paste with olive oil and freezing it in your smallest ice cube trays, though you could also try freezing whole sprigs following the instructions in
How to Freeze Better at Home.
Shelf Life: Up to a week fresh.

Fresh flat leaf parsley works well with most other herbs, including,
fresh chervil, tarragon, rosemary, sage, and chives. This makes it a great foundation for
herb salads,
infused herb oils,
gremolata, and herb/breadcrumb blends used encrust
racks or
chops.
Other flavors parsley pairs with include poultry, fish,
live mussels, mushrooms, potatoes,
game meats, lentils, carrots, capers, cauliflower, shallots & eggs.
Parsley can be briefly deep-fried in 350 degree oil, which crisps it up while turning it translucent green and accentuating its flavor, making this a favorite trick for chefs looking to take their herb garnishes in a new direction.
