These miniature globe-shaped turnips are each smaller than a quarter, and are sold with their spicy (almost mustard-esque) greens attached. Though they can be served cooked, these tiny turnips are tender enough for use in crudités-style raw veggie appetizers.
Storage: Store miniature vegetables in your refrigerator in their plastic clamshell.
Shelf Life: Up to a month.
Serve micro turnips either raw (as part of crudités) or cooked. They are often briefly blanched in boiling water, shocked in ice water, then sautéed or glazed in reduced stock to reheat them and add additional flavor & shine before serving. See
