Tiny Veggies™ Beets are delicious rubbed with salt, pepper, and olive oil then briefly roasted just until sweet and tender. Use them as a pretty, flavorful garnish for soups (especially cream soups) and salads, or toss them with other tiny produce for a striking Lilliputian side dish.
