Storage: Store yellow caribe chilies in the refrigerator wrapped in a zip top bag.

Shelf Life: Up to a week.

Yellow caribes are good in soups, salads, casseroles, and salsas. They also pickle very well. Remove their stems, seeds, and inner ribs prior to serving.
