Roes (fish eggs) come in a variety of different forms known for their beautiful appearance and pleasing pop of flavor when consumed. While caviar is the most famous (Sevruga & Osetra sturgeon caviar are considered amongst the best), other fish eggs like masago, ikura, and tobiko offer a variety of colors, textures, and tastes for hors d’oeuvres, sushi, salads, and garnishes.
We also offer specialty roes like sea urchin roe (uni) and cured tuna roe (bottarga).
