The blini, a small, more refined pancake, is the classic vehicle for fine caviar and other hors d’oeuvres. These blini are French-style, larger blini each roughly 4 ½-5in diameter. They are made in France.
These blini are incredibly easy to prepare for parties or other events. After thawing, they need only to be removed from their packaging and briefly warmed up in the oven or microwave before serving.
Ingredients: Water, wheat flour, sunflower oil, lactose, milk proteins, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, dehydrated egg whites and whole eggs, raising agent: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
