Osso Bucco & Shank Meat

Osso Bucco is cut from the shank (leg) portion of the animal and is made up of a portion of bone surrounded by high-gelatin, robust meat. It is one of the ultimate comfort foods when slow-braised, pretty on the plate, and very economical. Veal osso bucco is the most traditional osso bucco, however we also offer exotic osso bucco varieties.
