This burgundy blended with green cousin of sweet basil will bring rich splashes of color to your dishes. Opal basil has a subtle basil-clove flavor that is more mild than lemon basil and Italian basil.
Storage: Opal basil microgreens should be kept in their plastic clamshell in the fridge until you are ready to use them.
Shelf Life: Generally between 5-7 days.
