These lamb sausages showcase Mediterranean flavors with fennel and sun dried tomatoes.
They have been made from free range lamb fed natural feed (no animal by-products) without hormones or sub-therapeutic antibiotics & raised in either New Zealand or the US.
Fabrique Delices has been carefully crafting artisanal charcuterie for over 24 years. They follow traditional recipes in order to ensure authentic texture and flavor.
Ingredients: Lamb, Sundried Tomatoes, Water, Fennel, Salt, Olive Oil, Spices (allspice, coriander, nutmeg, caraway, marjoram), Granulated Garlic, Pepper. Natural Lamb Casing.

Store these sausages in your freezer until you're ready to use them, then thaw only as many as you need. Thawed sausages should be stored in the refrigerator.
Up to 36 weeks frozen, 7-10 days thawed.
RECIPES & TIPS
This lamb sausage can be grilled or fried whole or sliced, or the casing can be cut, and the sausage removed for crumbling into a wide assortment of dishes.
The flavor of this sausage is most at home in Mediterranean (particularly Greek) cooking. Suggested flavor pairings include lemon, feta cheese, garlic, and oregano. Try grilling slices on skewers/kebabs with bell peppers, eggplant, onion, and/or tomato.
