These all natural lamb sausages have been made from antibiotic & hormone free lamb fed natural feed (no animal by-products). The lamb is raised in either New Zealand or the US and is free range. The sausages are also free from preservatives, artificial ingredients and nitrites.

Applications: This lamb sausage can be grilled or fried whole or sliced, or the casing can be cut, and the sausage removed for crumbling into a wide assortment of dishes.
The flavor of this sausage is most at home in Mediterranean (particularly Greek) cooking. Suggested flavor pairings include lemon, feta cheese, garlic, and oregano. Try grilling slices on skewers/kebabs with bell peppers, eggplant, onion, and/or tomato.
How To Store & Share: This lamb sausage will keep unopened in your freezer for 36 weeks. Once each pack is thawed, it will last for 7-10 days in your refrigerator.
