These Merguez sausages combine the rich flavor of lamb with beef, aromatic spices, hints of fennel and cinnamon. A touch of cayenne pepper contributes a little heat.
Note: These are larger, European-style merguez sausages stuffed in a pork casing. We also offer smaller 100% pork free traditional merguez sausages stuffed in lamb casings.

Store merguez sausages in your freezer until you're ready to use them, then thaw only as many as you need.
RECIPES & TIPS
Lamb sausage is easy to roast, sauté, or grill. However, it is not only suited to whole-sausage applications. Its casing can be cut, and the sausage meat crumbled into sauces or used as a stuffing or filling as you would use conventional bulk sausage.
