These all natural boudin noir sausages (blood sausages) have been traditionally made with a mixture of pork & beef blood, pork snouts, onions and spices.
The meat and blood in these sausages is from antibiotic & hormone free animals fed natural feeds (no animal by-products). These boudin noirs are also free from preservatives, artificial ingredients and nitrites. Fabrique Delices has been carefully crafting artisanal charcuterie for over 24 years, producing food of such high quality that it has been served in the White House, on Concord jets for four years, and to Pope John Paul II. They follow traditional recipes in order to ensure authentic texture and flavor. Applications: Boudin noir sausages are traditionally served warm with mashed potatoes and/or cooked apples.
