Fully cooked, this boudin blanc only needs to be thawed and reheated (traditionally grilled or sautéed) prior to consumption. We recommend serving with leeks, fresh herbs, sweet mustard, fruit (apples, figs, raisins), mashed potatoes, wild mushrooms (particularly morels), or black truffles.
