Traditional French-style boudin blanc white sausages are made with pork and chicken combined with milk and brandy.

They have a delicate flavor and texture and are a traditional Christmas food in France.

These sausages have been made from antibiotic & hormone free pork & chicken fed natural feed (no animal by-products).

Ingredients: Chicken, pork, milk, cream, egg white, onion, cornstarch, Cognac, salt, sugar, white pepper, spices, garlic powder, lemon juice. Natural pork casing.

Storage:

Store these sausages in your freezer until you're ready to reheat them. Uneaten thawed sausages should be stored in your refrigerator.

Thawing Tips

Shelf Life:

Up to 36 weeks frozen, 7-10 days thawed.

Fully cooked, this boudin blanc only needs to be thawed and reheated (traditionally grilled or sautéed) prior to consumption. We recommend serving with leeks, fresh herbs, sweet mustard, fruit (apples, figs, raisins), mashed potatoes, wild mushrooms (particularly morels), or black truffles.
