Applications: Fully cooked, this boudin blanc only needs to be thawed and reheated (traditionally grilled or sautéed) prior to consumption. We recommend serving with leeks, fresh herbs, sweet mustard, fruit (apples, figs, raisins), mashed potatoes, wild mushrooms (particularly morels), or black truffles.
How To Store & Share: This boudin blanc sausage will keep unopened in your freezer for 36 weeks. Once each pack is thawed, it will last for 7-10 days in your refrigerator.
