Keep wild boar burgers frozen until you're ready to use them, then thaw as many 2 burger packs as you need. Use both boar patties in each package rather than refreezing leftovers.
For thawing tips, read Safely Defrosting Food for Maximum Flavor.

Wild boar burgers are perfect for the grill at your next BBQ or party.
Pair them with any sides, condiments, and toppings that work well with pork, or use game meat friendly flavors like
juniper berries, red wine, fruit (especially apples, prunes, and berries), rosemary or thyme.
For a change of pace, you can also thaw some of these patties and use them as ground boar in sauces, meatballs, and other recipes.
