Bulls blood beet microgreens are tender, sweet, and a beautiful purple-red color.
Applications: Use for a slightly-sweet purple-red garnish, particularly on salads and other green dishes. Adult bull’s blood beet greens are often found in salad mixes because of their color. Micro-bulls blood can be used similarly in micro-salad blends.
How to Store and Share: Beet bull’s blood microgreens should be kept in their plastic clamshell in the fridge until you are ready to use them. They should last for about 5-7 days.
