Micro Bok Choy (aka Micro Pak Choi, Micro Chinese Cabbage), is the microgreen version of a tender Asian cabbage that is becoming more and more popular in fine dining restaurants. Chefs love it for its tenderness and clear cabbage flavor. Now you can bring that same flavor in small, controlled amounts to your dishes as a garnish or bok choy micro-salad.

For a similar, but more spicy flavor, try Micro-Tatsoi.

Applications: Use bok choy microgreens to add a touch of cabbage flavor to your dishes as a salad or garnish. Bok choy is the principle ingredient in Korean kimchi, so these greens can pair well with spicy dishes as well as more mild applications.

How to Store and Share: Bok choy microgreens should be kept in their plastic clamshell in the fridge until you are ready to use them. They should last for about 5-7 days.

Origin: Koppert Cress in New York

Shipping Method: Fedex Overnight
