Mountain Rose heirloom potatoes have pink skin, red/pink flesh (darker than All Red Potatoes) and a moist, creamy texture. All our heirloom potato varieties are sustainably dry-grown on a small family farm then hand sorted, washed, and packed.
Applications: Mountain Rose potatoes are great roasted, steamed, or scalloped.
How to Store and Share: Store heirloom potatoes in a paper bag or box in a cool, dry place.
