Storage: Store micro mint lavender in your refrigerator in its plastic clamshell.

Shelf Life: In general, microgreens will stay fresh for 5-7 days.  Some hardier varieties can last longer.

Use micro mint lavender to garnish desserts, meat dishes, and poultry dishes.  Add it to your salsa verde or herb oil recipes, or muddle it into cocktails.
