The intense marbling of the meat creates a buttery tenderness and flavor far superior to traditional burgers. At 2oz each (1/4th the size of our Kobe beef burgers), these sliders are the perfect size for a few decadent bites.
Wagyu beef (commonly known as "Kobe Beef" aka Australian Kobe Beef, Kobe-Style Beef) is from a breed of cattle (descendents of Japanese herds raised in Australia) specially raised to increase its percentage of fat marbling to consistently high levels. More marbling leads to more flavor, tenderness, and moisture as the fat melts during the cooking process.
Buns are not included.
Keep Kobe sliders frozen until you're ready to use them.
