Harissa N˚1 is a Moroccan-style harissa which is less chile-forward and features a mélange of layered flavors from spices, fresh mint, tomato paste and preserved lemons.
What the elements that make Harissa N˚1 different from other harissas on the market are its rustic style, unique texture, and finest quality ingredients. While many harissas on the market are made with vegetable oil, lots of salt, and lots of water, Harissa N˚1 contains about a quarter of a preserved lemon per jar and is made with high quality Moroccan olive oil. It has a uniquely thick, creamy and silky mousse-like texture – neither watery nor chunky. It’s easy to spread and easy to enjoy.
