Truffles, porcini mushrooms and a splash of sherry wine give this satin-textured chicken liver mousse an extra rich, earthy boost. The product is all natural. The livers come from chickens that consume an all-natural diet with no antibiotics or hormones added.
This Truffle Mousse is made by skilled artisans at Fabrique Delices, specialists in charcuterie for more than a quarter century. Fabrique Delices crafts their all their products using traditional recipes with an eye toward authentic flavor and texture.
Ingredients: Chicken liver, duck fat, chicken fat, milk, whole egg, Sherry wine, cornstarch, truffle, mushroom, sugar, salt, porcini mushroom powder, onion, white pepper. Aspic: water, gelatin, vinegar, Cognac, salt, hydrolysed corn, soy and wheat proteins.

Store mousse in your refrigerator. For long term storage it can be frozen, though this may effect its texture.
Unopened packs will stay fresh for up to 8 weeks. Once opened they will last for 10-14 days. This mousse can be frozen for up to 36 weeks.
RECIPES & TIPS
Mousses’ smooth, spreadable texture is ideal for serving cold or at room temperature with crackers or toast as a classic, easy, and delicious hors d’oeuvre. However, they could also be used as a (rich) condiment or spread for sandwiches.
Traditional accompaniments that accentuate the flavors of savory mousses include cornichons or gherkins, olives, and coarsely ground French mustards.
