Bold, smoky, briny, rich & packed with umami, this delicious traditionally slow-brewed soy sauce can add a ton of flavor to sauces, marinades, dipping sauces & more.

To give it its rich, smoky flavor, this sauce is cold smoked with Japanese Mizunara Oak, a variety traditionally used in Japanese whisky barrels.


Store in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate after opening.


Use smoked soy sauce as you would conventional soy sauce to bring bold umami, brininess, and smokiness to dishes. Try it in small amounts with foods that are sometimes smoked and used in Japanese or Chinese cuisines: vegetables, seafood (try it with salmon or black cod!), beef, chicken, pork, etc.
