Bold, smoky, briny, rich & packed with umami, this delicious traditionally slow-brewed soy sauce can add a ton of flavor to sauces, marinades, dipping sauces & more.
To give it its rich, smoky flavor, this sauce is cold smoked with Japanese Mizunara Oak, a variety traditionally used in Japanese whisky barrels.
Store in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate after opening.
