A terrine is a type of pate. This pheasant terrine blends pheasant with pork and duck meat, to offset the relative leanness of the pheasant. Figs, pistachios, and port wine contribute additional texture and enhance the sweet complexity of flavors. Aspic, a thin layer of flavored gelatin, provides a glistening finishing touch.

For a quarter century, Fabrique Delices has masterfully crafted artisanal charcuterie, following traditional recipes to ensure authentic texture and flavor.
